This lamp combines modern computer manufacturing processes with traditional craftsmanship to achieve a contemporary design without compromising the tactile qualities of traditional materials like bronze.

The whole process involves a number of techniques:
Firstly an exact replica of the computer designed lampshades is being made of photopolymer resin employing rapid prototyping processes. This resin replica is then re-produced in bronze in a traditional sand casting process.
Every part is handmade by craftsmen and treated individually making each piece unique.
